thousand and nineteen, I was looking forward to, from the last years ups and
downs and finding my new normal again. With Living Well, building
my business and living in the moment life brings you. I’m
feeling great my mind is getting back on track to the day to day and I’m making
plans with small steps in place for the future, then….<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

been on roller-coaster that life brings. End of February my brother
is admitted to hospital. This
was so serious he was placed on life support as the doctors didn’t know or
couldn’t work out what was wrong with him as he was going downhill fast. This was
very daunting as I never thought of him passing away as he did on the 4<sup>th</sup>
March. Now I’m grieving of the loss, with the sense of being an elder sibling
to now two and not three. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

is a weird and complex emotion to deal with for a brother only 3 weeks before
his 49</span><sup style="font-family: &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">th</sup><span style="font-family: &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> birthday. I held his hand two days before he passed and
asked myself if I could have helped him in anyway. He was a loner and lead his
life around the simple things. He was a great brother growing up with. He was always smiling and
full of energy and I will miss him as he would want me to keep smiling and for
him too.</span></div>

can’t predict how your grief will affect you in any situation it is so very different.
All I can say is take your time to heal and life will be a little different as
this person changed the cause of it. Life is for a challenge and this is one of
